Job title: Vendor Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Exp: 2 to 4 Years

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Vendor Relationship Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors to ensure mutual understanding and collaboration.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor-related issues or escalations.
- **Contract Management**:

- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with vendors to achieve favorable agreements.
- Ensure compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
- **Performance Monitoring**:

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for vendor performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Identify and onboard vendors that align with company goals and objectives.
- Assess market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings or new vendor partnerships.
- **Risk Management**:

- Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with vendor dependencies and supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure vendors comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
- **Collaboration with Internal Teams**:

- Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to align vendor strategies with business needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on vendor-related matters.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor relationships and processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and technologies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in vendor management software and tools.
