Showroom Incharge

Manage day-to-day operations of the showroom to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets by engaging customers and understanding their needs.
- Supervise and motivate the showroom team for efficient performance and excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the showroom s appeal.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for timely replenishment.

**Key Requirements**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a showroom management role, preferably in premium retail or home furnishing.
- Strong customer handling skills with a focus on building relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to lead a team, multitask, and handle responsibilities efficiently

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
