**Job Summary**:
**TVM Times Private Limited** is looking for a **dynamic, confident, and camera-friendly Anchor / Reporter** to join our digital newsroom team in **Mohali / Chandigarh**. The role involves covering local and regional news, producing engaging video stories, and presenting news content for our **news portal and social media platforms** (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.).

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cover on-ground news stories, events, and interviews for digital and social media platforms.
- Anchor and present video news bulletins, reports, and special features for online audiences.
- Generate engaging content ideas aligned with trending topics and social media engagement.
- Research, script, and produce short-format and long-format news videos.
- Coordinate with the video production, editing, and digital marketing teams for timely publishing.
- Conduct live coverage and reporting from field locations as required.
- Maintain accuracy, credibility, and ethical standards in all reporting.
- Build and maintain a strong on-screen and online presence for TVM Times.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.**:

- 1-5 years of experience in digital journalism, anchoring, or reporting (freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome).
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in **Hindi, English, and/or Punjabi.**:

- Strong understanding of current affairs, social issues, and local/regional news.
- Confident on-camera presence and clear diction.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, live streaming, and digital content trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and field reporting.

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
**Other Benefits**: Performance incentives, travel allowances, and growth opportunities in digital media.
