- Regularly update the library’s collection based on curriculum requirements and student interests.
- **Resource Assistance**:

- Assist students and teachers in finding materials for projects, assignments, and academic work.
- Recommend books, articles, and digital tools for research.
- Guide students in using online databases, e-books, and other digital resources.
- **Promote Reading**:

- Develop programs or activities that encourage students to read, such as book clubs, reading challenges, and author visits.
- Create engaging displays and exhibits to showcase new arrivals or themed collections.
- Organize events like book fairs, story sessions, and literary events.
- **Collaborative Support**:

- Collaborate with teachers to integrate library resources into the classroom curriculum.
- Support curriculum development by suggesting resources and tools that enhance learning.
- Conduct library orientation for new students to help them navigate the library and its resources.
- **Technology Integration**:

- Manage digital resources like e-books, audiobooks, and online journals.
- Stay updated on library management software to enhance library operations and cataloging systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

- A degree or diploma in Library Science or a related field (e.g., Bachelor’s or Master’s in Library and Information Science).
- Strong knowledge of library cataloging systems and database management.

- A passion for reading, literacy, and learning.
- Tech-savvy, with familiarity in managing digital resources and library software.
