**Job description**

**General Areas of Responsibility**:

- Ensure the quality of medicines supplied to Pets.
- Ensuring that the supply of medicines is within the law.
- Ensuring that the medicines prescribed to patients are suitable.
- Advising patients about medicines, including how to take them, what reactions may occur.
- Supervise the medicines supply chain and ensure pharmacy premises and systems are fit for purpose and answering pet parents questions.
- Ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality customer service as per the company standards in all areas of operations.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction and executing action plans to improve the customer satisfaction.
- Driving 100% execution of operational standards as per the SOPs to deliver flawless Operations through proper communication and follow up, Identifying the bottle necks and seeking support to resolve the concerns.
- Addressing and resolving all points of concern in a timely manner to avoid any risk/safety issues during operations.
- Monitoring pharmacy stock and co-ordinating with responsible teams and departments to always ensure availability of stocks.

**Strategic Priorities**
- Management of Medicine inventory
- Storage of medicines
- Dispensing of medicines to clients
- Process Execution as per SOPs
- Achieve Revenue Targets for Department/Category for the Store.
- Drive Profitability through Products and Services in co-ordination with Store Manager and Veterinarians
- Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders to drive events and workshops to build brand and its identity

**Eligibility criteria**
- B Pharma degree
- 2-3 years experience

License/Certification:

- Registered Pharmacist (preferred)
- B Pharma degree (required)

Willingness to travel:
