**WE ARE HIRING GRAPHIC DESIGNER**

**We are looking for a creative individual to join our expanding in-house design and marketing team**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To help create and schedule social media posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- To keep an eye on social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond quickly and politely.
- To assist in planning and executing social media campaigns that increase brand recognition, engagement, and orders.

To execute the order received through social media campaigns and get it dispatched by coordinating with the team.
- Ideation - planning engaging and on-brand content across various social media formats like reels, carousels, statics, stories
- Execution - ensuring timely posting, well-written captions, tagging, etc.
- Design - basic knowledge of Canva, Inshot
- ORM - managing user comments and DMs in a timely manner
- Maintaining monthly social media calendars
- Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends/features in social media (especially Instagram)
- Designing and layout of products for internal communications and engagement
- Editing YouTube videos
- Designing and layout of essential business materials
- Editing video clips for use on social media platforms
- Assisting team in developing and executing communications plans
- Providing technical support for design
- and video-related efforts
- Optimizing graphics and video content for social media platforms

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Graphic design: 1 year (required)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media marketing: 1 year (required)
