Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and treatment at the community center.
- Plan and execute personalized and group-based therapy sessions, especially for the elderly.
- Conduct home visits for patients with mobility issues or special needs.
- Organize and participate in community outreach camps, awareness drives, and health check-up events.
- Maintain proper records of patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Educate patients and family members on post-treatment care and preventive health.
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards in therapy sessions and center facilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy (BPT/DPT).
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred; fresher with strong internship exposure may apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy toward marginalized populations.
- Basic knowledge of computer operations for maintaining records.

- Flexibility to work beyond the center—this includes community camps, home visits, and outreach activities.
- Willingness to engage actively in fieldwork and contribute to the overall development goals of the foundation.
