**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Project Design & Execution**:

- Conceptualize and develop interior design plans for commercial and residential spaces.
- Prepare detailed drawings and layouts using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budgets.

**2. Site Visits**:

- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with the proposed plan.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any on-site challenges to ensure timely completion.

**3. Vendor & Contract Management**:

- Manage contracts and coordinate with vendors for sourcing materials and services.
- Ensure quality control by liaising with contractors and suppliers to meet project standards.

**4. Presentation & Client Interaction**:

- Create impactful presentations using tools like PowerPoint to showcase design concepts and proposals.
- Maintain strong communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle for feedback and updates.

**5. Compliance & Budget Management**:

- Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and standards.
- Work within project budgets while maintaining design integrity and quality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 4 - 5 Years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing work on residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Powerpoint.
- Strong spatial planning and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with clients and teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
