**A Day in the Life
**- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP landscape.
- Design and architect SAP landscapes, including ECC and S/4HANA systems, considering scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead and participate in discussions to define SAP architecture strategies and roadmaps for S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Analyse existing SAP landscapes and recommend improvements or optimizations to support S/4HANA migration or implementation.
- Develop migration strategies and plans for transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA, including system sizing, data migration, and technical upgrades.
- Work closely with project teams to ensure successful execution of S/4HANA transformation projects, including coordinating with technical teams, managing timelines, and resolving issues.
- Provide guidance and expertise on SAP Basis administration tasks, including system installations, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure that SAP systems are deployed and maintained according to best practices and security standards.
- Stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends and evaluate new tools or methodologies to improve SAP landscape architecture and operations.
- Document SAP landscape architecture designs, configurations, and best practices, and contribute to knowledge sharing within the organization.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to SAP landscape architecture and S/4HANA transformation.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, requirements, and timelines.
- 14+ Years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in SAP landscape architecture, with a focus on ECC and S/4HANA systems.
- Proven experience leading or contributing to multiple S/4HANA transformation projects from planning to execution.
- Strong understanding of SAP Basis administration tasks, including system installations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with SAP landscape design and architecture, including system sizing and scalability considerations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and modules, with a focus on ECC and S/4HANA.
- Experience developing migration strategies and plans for transitioning from ECC to S/4HANA, including data migration and technical upgrades.
- Proficiency in analysing existing SAP landscapes and recommending optimizations to support S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Experience working with SAP LaMa.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define SAP architecture strategies and roadmaps.
- Experience providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members and project teams on SAP landscape architecture best practices.
- Experience working across US and multiple time zones.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Nice to Have
**- Previous medical device and/or work experience in a FDA regulated industry.
- Ability to stay current with SAP technologies and industry trends and evaluate new tools or methodologies to improve SAP landscape architecture and operations.
- Previous experience documenting SAP landscape architecture designs, configurations, and best practices.
- SAP Certifications.
