IT Officer

**Duties/ Roles & Responsibilities -**
- Managing ISP links
- Managing Vendors
- Backing of Person system & Company Data
- Operation & Maintenance of the IT networking
- User operational support
- Implementation of HQ-IT policies
- Security check of user devices and data including server
- Arrangement of IT hardware as per requirement
- Installation and maintenance of CCTV surveillance system.
- Establishing Network infrastructure.
- Provide IT support for the end users.
- Maintain network components.

**Daily Routine Activities -**
- IT Ticket management
- Server Health & errors
- Network Health & error Logs
- Security Patch updates management
- Server storage management
- User End IT support for Daily operation
- User end IT Hardware check
- XDR Security check & prepare Alert report.

**Salary**: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year

- Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
