Position: Plating Operator - PPC (Production Department)

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 CTC per month

Industry Preference: Fastener / Automotive / Industrial Products

Education: ITI / Diploma / PG in Mechanical or Automobile

Key Skills Required:

- Basic knowledge of coiled forging and nut forming process
- Machine setup, plan change, and breakdown handling
- Ability to read product drawings, SOPs, Work Instructions (WI)
- Good verbal communication skills, especially in local language
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and equipment
- Ability to fill daily check sheets in both English and Hindi
- Strong performance under pressure

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure machine functionality as per production plan
- Perform plan changes with senior support in minimum time as per SOP
- Verify NG/OK paths before machine startup post plan change
- Submit daily scrap/rejection report to supervisor
- Timely update of machine check sheet and hourly check sheet
- Submit tooling to supervisor post plan change or breakdown
- Conduct 2-check power dimension inspections as per SOP/WI
- Perform basic machine setup adjustments as required with existing tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
