Oversee and manage product listings across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, zepto, Big basket etc.).
- Ensure product data accuracy, including titles, descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Manage product categorization and attribute mapping.
- Monitor and update inventory levels on all e-commerce channels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
- Process and track orders efficiently from placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Implement and optimize promotional campaigns, discounts, and deals on e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
- Address customer queries, reviews, and feedback related to online orders.
- Work to resolve customer issues effectively and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
