**Key Responsibilities:

- **

**System and Network Administration**:
**o** Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.

**o **Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of availability and security.

**o** Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.

**o** Performing routine maintenance and updates to hardware and software.

**o** Diagnosing and resolving system issues, including hardware, software, and network problems.

**Security and Compliance**:
**o** Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure by implementing and maintaining security protocols.

**o** Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

**o** Adhere to compliance requirements and best practices.

**o** Implementing and managing backup solutions and recovery procedures.

**Project Management**:
**o** Assist with IT projects and system implementations.

**o** Collaborate with other departments to identify and address IT needs.

**o** Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools.

**Documentation and Reporting**:
**o** Maintain accurate records of system configurations, changes, and incidents.

**o** Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and resolutions.

**o** Maintaining detailed records of system configurations, changes, and procedures.

**Qualifications**

**o Education**:
**o** Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

**Experience**:
**o** Years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.

**o** Proven experience with network and server management.

**Certifications (preferred but not required)**:
**o** CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+

**o** Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

**Skills and Competencies:

**Technical Skills**:
**o Operating Systems**:Proficiency with Windows.

**o Networking**:Understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, subnetting, DNS, DHCP, WAN, LAN, ROUTERS, WIFI routings and Cloud servers.

**o Must have “Active Directory Experience”.**

**o Scripting**:Ability to write scripts in languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation tasks.

**o Virtualization**:Knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMware, Hyper-V.

**o Database Management**:Basic understanding of database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.

**o Security**: Familiarity with security practices and tools for managing firewalls, anti-virus software, and intrusion detection systems.

**o** Should have E-mail services knowledge like Office 365 or G-mail cloud.

**Soft Skills**:
**o Problem-Solving**:Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues efficiently.

**o Communication**:Effective communication skills for interacting with team members, management, and end-users.

**o Attention to Detail**:Accuracy in configuring and monitoring systems to avoid and quickly address potential issues.

**o Time Management**:Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, often under pressure.

**Working Conditions Work Environment**:
**o** Typically, office-based with occasional on-call support required.

**o** May require occasional travel to remote locations or data center's.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
