Job Title: Fundraising Executive/ Manager

Reports to: Chief Functionary/ Trustee

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fundraising Executive/Manager to join our team. Hard-working individuals who are all interested in seeing this non-profit succeed. Should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written communication skills and also need to build long-term relationships with potential donors or volunteers and persuasively explain the cause to them. Should be good at researching and devising strategies, as well as spotting and taking advantage of donation opportunities.
- Conducting research on fundraising opportunities, writing and preparing funding proposals and presentations and submitting these to potential donors (Corporates, Individuals, & Foundations) in India and other countries & updating all the events & functions in the website.
- Writing, submitting, and uploading press releases and content for website as required.
- Implementing a variety of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns and engaging crowdfunding process to raise funding by using tele-calling and internet.
- Follow-up database and ensure that all donations and pledges are recorded and acknowledged in a timely manner.
- Preparing quarterly / annual income and expenditure fundraising budgets and get it approved from the board.
- Provide regular reports on project and fundraising progress to the Board of Trustees and utilization reports to donors.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor / Master’s degree in journalism, public relations, fundraising or similar area
- Minimum of 15 years of experience as working in fundraising or public relations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with donors and partners
- Passion for the mission and values of the organization

Note - Fundraising Executive/Manager not only should raise funds for the current projects i.e. Orphanage home, school & medical support to the villagers but also have to raise fund for upcoming projects like Medical College, Holiday Village, D-Pharma College etc.

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
