- Responsible for maintaining approved suppliers list and complying with limitations imposed on Suppliers.
- Planning of Purchasing activities and negotiation based on To Do List.
- Responsible for consulting authorities while finalizing orders.
- Communicating with Suppliers about requirements of Product or Services.
- Obtaining acknowledgement of Suppliers against PO issue to fulfill legal requirements.
- Responsible for overall general purchases.
- Expedite the delivery of purchase orders.
- Assist in preparing requests for quotations.
- Obtain competitive pricing (at least 3 Bids) for specifications as directed.
- Prepare budget for purchase.
- Prepare reports such as bid summaries.
- Close project files and maintain project storage log.
