**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned Economics lessons (Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Indian Economic Development, etc.).
- Design effective lesson plans, assignments, and assessment tools to evaluate and enhance student learning.
- Prepare students for internal assessments, board examinations (CBSE/ICSE/State Board), and entrance/competitive exams if applicable.
- Incorporate real-world economic issues and current affairs into lessons to build relevance and interest.
- Foster an interactive and student-centered classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance, performance, and behavior.
- Use modern pedagogical tools and digital platforms for blended and online learning environments.
- Encourage and guide students in economics-related projects, debates, quizzes, and competitions.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
- Collaborate with peers to align interdisciplinary learning and share best practices.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s Degree in Economics from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) - **mandatory**.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level.
- Experience with board exam preparation strategies and evaluation methods.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement techniques.
- Familiarity with ICT tools, digital teaching platforms (Google Classroom, Zoom, etc.).
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to encourage student participation.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
