**Role: - Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:
Graphic Design:

- Develop captivating designs for digital assets including website graphics, social
- Ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates

key messages to the target audience.
- Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that capture attention and

enhance brand visibility across digital channels.

Video Editing:

- Create engaging video content for various marketing initiatives including promotional

videos, product demos, tutorials, and social media stories.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with attention to pacing, transitions, graphics,

and sound effects to maintain audience interest.
- Utilize video editing software to add visual effects, text overlays, and other

enhancements to enhance the storytelling and messaging of the content.

Digital Marketing:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing

campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Optimize digital assets for different online platforms, ensuring they are visually

compelling and effectively convey the intended message to the target audience.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously refine

strategies and improve campaign performance.

Content Creation:

- Generate creative ideas for visual and video content that resonate with the target

audience and support marketing objectives.
- Work closely with content creators to enhance written content through visually

appealing graphics, images, and multimedia elements.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content while adapting designs

to suit the requirements of different marketing channels.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and

product development to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design

and video solutions.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather feedback, incorporate revisions, and ensure

project deliverables meet expectations and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing creative

design work across digital platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or

similar tools.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and experience implementing

them in design and video projects.
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills with the ability to translate

marketing objectives into compelling visual and video concepts.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across all design

and video assets.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while

meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude

towards teamwork.

Pay: ₹9,992.67 - ₹35,297.08 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
