**Job specifications**

Required (Must Have) skills: Excellent in Ms Excel, analytical skills, proactive and self starter, good communication, team player, should be good in follow ups

Desired (Good to have) skills: Kids products knowledge/ exp

Analysis/ Retail Planning / Merchandising for Firstcry stores

*
Planning/ allocation of merchandise for new stores

*
Analysing stores’ performance based on various sales and stock KPIs

*
Suggest corrective actions on all parameters for stores based on the performance analysis

*
Liaison between Sourcing team, front end team and Franchisees

*
Regular coordination with stores for products feedback, gap identification and timely ticket closures

*
Managing and maintaining weekly/ monthly MIS

*
Managing & monitoring ARS
