We’re on the hunt for a Detail-Oriented Estimation & Quantity Takeoff Specialist who’s passionate about precision, efficiency, and the building process—from first sketch to final screw.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Perform Material Takeoffs (MTO) and Quantity Takeoffs (QTO) that set the foundation for project success.
- Prepare accurate, detailed cut lists aligned with architectural specs and design documents.
- Deliver spot-on cost estimations for furniture, millwork, and building products.
- Read and interpret architectural drawings like a pro to extract material needs and quantities.
- Use estimation software and Bluebeam to measure, analyze, and optimize costs.
- Maintain airtight documentation—every estimate, every number, recorded and organized.
- Leverage quality tools and techniques to boost accuracy and efficiency in every phase.
- Use Advanced Excel to analyze data, compare costs, and deliver clear, actionable reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and procurement teams to make smart, cost-effective decisions.
- Identify areas for cost savings without ever sacrificing quality or craftsmanship.

**What You Bring**:

- Solid hands-on experience in estimation, material takeoff, and QTO.
- Sharp skills in reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
- Fluency with Bluebeam and modern estimation software.
- Advanced-level Excel proficiency—pivot tables, complex formulas, cost modeling—you know your way around.
- Background in furniture, millwork, or building product estimation is a big plus.
- Strong logical reasoning and the ability to troubleshoot challenges with creative, data-driven solutions.
- Detail-obsessed, with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
