Online Sales Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Online Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to online customers. He will be responsible for managing online sales of our clothing store. He should have experience in customer service, experience working with digital ads creation on Facebook, instagram etc, photo and video creation.

**Job Duties**
- Manage our online customers through our social media platforms.
- Assist with social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
- handling customer problems and complaints.
- Manage couriers of customers.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with our advertising agency to develop product-based sales promotions.

**Qualifications**
- Graduate with coursework in digital marketing preferred
- Interest in sales, marketing promotions, photography
- Must be highly detail-oriented and organized.
- A self-starter with high energy and a strong work ethic, able to move projects forward.
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
