**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Photography**: Capture high-quality images of Soulflower products, including oils, soaps, and other beauty products, for use in online and offline marketing materials.
- **Lifestyle Photography**: Create lifestyle images that resonate with our brand's natural and holistic approach, showcasing products in real-life scenarios.
- **Photo Editing**: Edit and retouch photos to ensure they meet Soulflower’s quality standards, including color correction, background removal, and enhancing product details.
- **Shoot Planning**: Plan and execute photoshoots, including scouting locations, coordinating with models, and managing props and lighting.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all images align with Soulflower’s brand identity and aesthetic, maintaining consistency across all visual content.
- **File Management**: Organize and manage the photo library, ensuring easy access to images for various teams.
- **Collaborative Projects**: Work closely with the design team to produce visual content for promotional materials, packaging, and advertisements.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain photography equipment and ensure all tools are in optimal working condition.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years of professional photography experience, preferably in product and lifestyle photography.
- **Education**: A degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in using DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of photography styles, particularly in product and lifestyle photography.
- **Creativity**: A keen eye for composition, lighting, and detail, with the ability to bring creative ideas to life.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience working in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry.
- Knowledge of video production and editing is a plus.
