- Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines.
- Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues in the production process, including equipment malfunctions and process deviations.
- Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Training: May be involved in the training of new staff members.
- Continuous Improvement: May be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and contributing to increased efficiency and productivity.
- Skills and Qualifications: Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of production equipment, processes, and quality control procedures.
