Brand Designer

**Job Summary**

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Brand Designer to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of brand identity and graphic design, with the capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Brand Designer will be responsible for creating cohesive and engaging designs across all company and product branding, digital content, and promotional materials. They will work closely with various teams to ensure the company’s visual standards are upheld in every project.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Brand Identity Development**:

- Create and maintain a comprehensive **Brand Book** with guidelines on logo usage, color schemes, typography, and overall visual identity.
- Design **logos for individual brands** under the company's portfolio, ensuring a unique and cohesive representation for each brand.
- **Digital and Print Media Design**:

- Design templates for **ID Cards, Letterheads, Proforma Invoices, and other official documents** to ensure brand consistency.
- Develop visually appealing **website design elements** and ensure minor updates and changes as per the finalized brand book.
- Create **presentation decks** for company pitches, products, and internal purposes. Ensure these are compatible with Google Workspace and align with brand standards.
- **Marketing Collateral Creation**:

- Design **product brochures ** showcasing product features, benefits, and technical information.
- Create **technical data sheets** as per product requirements.
- Develop **banner designs, standee designs, and calendar designs** for exhibitions, events, and promotions.
- **Digital Content Creation and Social Media**:

- Design **digital posters for product launches**, ensuring templates are regularly updated with fresh content.
- Design **WhatsApp marketing templates** with vibrant and engaging content to support promotional campaigns.
- **Internal Branding and Digital Assets**:

- Create **wallpapers, virtual backgrounds** for meetings, and internal branding assets for digital and offline use.
- Develop **giveaway designs** (e.g., lapel pins, badges, cups) for company events and promotions based on requirements.
- **Performance and Project Management**:

- Organize and manage tasks effectively, prioritizing projects with tight deadlines.
- Ensure high-quality output, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards in all deliverables.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, and Google Workspace.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong sense of aesthetics, attention to detail, and ability to create visually compelling designs that align with the brand's identity.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to work effectively within a team, accept constructive feedback, and communicate design concepts clearly.
- **Time Management**: Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting strict deadlines.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to find creative solutions for brand representation and marketing challenges.

**Additional Requirements**
- A strong portfolio showcasing brand design work, especially in creating brand books, logos, digital and print marketing collateral.
- Knowledge of current trends in design and branding.
- A proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach to tasks.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
