We are urgently looking for **Bread Incharge** for one of the **Bakery **Industry at **Khapoli,** Maharashtra location.

**Experience: - **4-7 yrs [Bakery Industry]

**Job Description: -**

1. Planning and organizing production schedules as per dispatch route & production target.
2. Management of manpower & equipment for ensure the smooth running of the
production processes.
3. Responsible for Manpower cost
4. Responsible for Machine Handling & Utilization.
5. Responsible for Plant efficiency on daily basis.
6. Responsibility of the quality product within the day n night shift in line with the
company’s quality systems, processes and procedures.
7. Documentation
- maintaining documents related to process & workers as per the system
requirement.
8. Monitoring & Evaluating daily production of Breads ,Pizza & fruit buns
9. Exploring alternative manufacturing methods.
10. Ensuring that food-manufacturing processes conform to government processing,
consumer and industry standards.
