**Job Description: Purchase Executive - Agrochemical Industry**
- **Job Type**: Full-time
- **Work Location**: In-person
- **Pay**: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with existing agrochemical vendors and conduct regular performance evaluations for quality, pricing, and reliability.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers for raw materials and packaging used in agrochemical production.
- Coordinate with production, R&D, and store teams to assess procurement needs and forecast stock requirements.
- Issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure compliance with delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and government regulations, especially for chemical-related purchases.
- Monitor inventory levels in coordination with store executives to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and contracts with vendors to achieve cost-effective procurement.
- Maintain accurate purchase records and prepare reports on purchasing trends, vendor performance, and cost analysis.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Agriculture, or Chemistry-related fields**.
- Minimum **2+ years of experience** in **procurement/purchase in agrochemical, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing sectors**.
- Knowledge of agrochemical products and packaging is a strong advantage.
- Strong **negotiation, communication, and analytical skills**.
- Proficiency in **MS Office, ERP systems, and inventory management software**.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and manage purchases in a **time-sensitive, high-demand** environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
