**About the team**: Public Relations is the strategic communication of Paytm responsible to maintain or cultivate public image and/or respond to public discourse.

**Expectations/ Requirements**:
1. Content Planning and Strategy:

- Develop video content strategies tailored to each social media platform,aligning with overall marketing goals. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and technologies to ensure content is relevant and engaging.
- 2. Video Production:

- Handleall aspects of video production, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production editing. Record high-quality voiceovers and ensure audio is clear and well-balanced.
- 3. Social Media Management:

- Publish content across various social media platforms, ensuring it is optimized for each. Engage with the audience through comments and messages, fostering a positive community.
- 4. Analytics and Reporting:

- Monitor social media analytics to gauge content performance and audience engagement. Provide regular reports on content performance, insights, and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
- 5. Team Collaboration and Development:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.Stay informed on industry best practices and share knowledge with the team to foster continuous improvement.

**Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role**:
1. Proven experience in video production, including filming and editing.
- 2. Strong command over languages (English, Hindi) and ability to produce engaging scripts.
- 3. Extrovert personality, comfortable on camera, and interacting with diverse groups of people.
- 4. Proficiency in handling camera equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- 5. Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Film, or related field is preferred.
