Tasks of a Logistics Executive for Packed Edible Oil

1. *Inventory Management*: Manage inventory levels of packed edible oil products, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing stockouts or overstocking.

2. *Order Fulfillment*: Coordinate with warehouses and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to customers.

3. *Supply Chain Optimization*: Analyze and optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. *Transportation Management*: Arrange transportation for packed edible oil products, ensuring safe and timely delivery to customers.

5. *Warehouse Management*: Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching packed edible oil products.

6. *Demand Planning*: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly.

7. *Cost Reduction*: Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs without compromising service quality.

8. *Compliance and Safety*: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards in logistics operations.

9. *Performance Monitoring*: Track and analyze logistics performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

10. *Collaboration and Communication*: Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, and production teams, as well as external partners, like transportation providers and warehouses.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Logistics Executive

1. *On-Time Delivery Rate*: Measure the percentage of orders delivered on time, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

2. *Inventory Turnover Ratio*: Track the number of times inventory is sold and replaced within a given period, indicating efficient inventory management.

3. *Order Fulfillment Accuracy*: Measure the percentage of orders fulfilled accurately, without errors or damage, ensuring customer satisfaction and reducing returns.

These tasks and KPIs are essential for a logistics executive to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations for packed edible oil products.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
