**Better requires process discipline and simplification**

As an Associate Technology Operations, you will be responsible for Design and development of DevOps solutions to help automate build release processes. Leverage various CI and CD tools to automate the complete workflow from code check-in to Deployments on various environments including testing/validation steps. Progressively develop framework for end-to-end build and deployment automation moving towards Continuous Deployment. Provide coaching to Junior Associates

**Technical areas of expertise**:

- Good experience in managing AWS environments and deployments
- DevOps development and support experience (like Jenkins pipelines, Nexus, NPM, GIT, Maven)
- Good hands-on knowledge of Configuration Management and Deployment tools like - Puppet, Ansible, Chef, Kubernetes and Containers (Docker)
- Good experience in object-oriented language (like Java, Python)
- Desired experience in public cloud development - preferably on AWS
- Hands on experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, ElastiCache, Route53, VPC/Private cloud configurations and others).
- Sound knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu server preferred), Linux containers and deployment methodologies (blue green deployment techniques)
- Desired Experience with cost optimization of cloud infrastructure using native tools and custom scripts
- Setup of monitoring, logging, security and alerting mechanisms would make you stand out

**What we require**:

- B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required
- 3-6 years of software development experience with hands on knowledge on DevOps
- Must be a problem solver with demonstrated experience in solving difficult technology challenges, with a can-do attitude
- Self-starter with ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage workload, and consistently deliver results
- Experience in Agile and Iterative development methodologies
- Strong communication skills with ability to interact with developers and product stakeholders globally
