Graduation / Post Graduation /Bachelors Degree in Marketing or relevant field
**Qualification**

1-3 years experience preferably in the healthcare industry.

- Proficient in MS Office & Project Management Tools.
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Responsibility**
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Identify customer challenges proactively engage with customers to identify any technical, clinical, or marketing issues they may be facing.
- Actively listen to their concerns to ensure a thorough understanding of their challenges.
- Problem-solving and coordination **, **collaborate with internal teams, such as technical support, clinical team, and marketing, to develop effective solutions and strategies for addressing customer challenges.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, coordinating efforts across departments to resolve issues promptly.
- Customer feedback and advocacy and act as the voice of the customer within the organization, gathering feedback, and insights to drive product enhancements and improvements

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
