**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing and cooking authentic Kerala dishes, including curries, biryanis, seafood, and vegetarian options.
- Ensure all food preparation is completed according to set recipes, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish.
- Support the team in cleaning and maintaining the kitchen to ensure a high standard of hygiene and safety.
- Assist in cutting, chopping, and marinating ingredients in accordance with kitchen preparation schedules.
- Follow kitchen processes and food safety standards, including portion control, stock rotation, and waste management.
- Help in the proper storage of ingredients and food items, ensuring freshness and mínimal waste.
- Stay updated with Kerala cuisine techniques and recipes, always striving to improve culinary skills.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and smooth operations, especially during busy hours.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Commis Chef or kitchen assistant, preferably in Kerala cuisine or South Indian cuisine. freshers are welcome.
- Basic understanding of cooking techniques, food hygiene, and safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn more about traditional Kerala cuisine.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, holidays, and peak hours.
