tAs a Security Guard, your primary responsibility is to maintain a safe and secure environment for the premises and its occupants. You will be responsible for monitoring, patrolling, and controlling access to ensure the protection of people, property, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activities or security breaches.

Monitor and control access points, including checking identification and ensuring authorized entry.

Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate actions as per established protocols.

Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations, and report any security concerns to the appropriate authorities.

Conduct security checks of personnel, vehicles, and packages entering or leaving the premises.

Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and taking necessary actions in case of violations.

Monitor security cameras and other surveillance equipment, reporting any abnormalities or malfunctions.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with inquiries and directions.

Respond to medical emergencies, fire alarms, and other safety-related incidents, following established procedures and providing assistance as needed.

Collaborate with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and other relevant stakeholders during critical incidents or investigations.

Qualifications and Skills:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a security guard or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Familiarity with surveillance systems and security equipment.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use security-related software or tools.

**Salary**: ₹8,403.27 - ₹19,276.45 per month
