**Job Title: Graphic Designer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visual concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including websites, social media graphics, brochures, logos, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Translate marketing objectives into creative design solutions that effectively communicate the desired message.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all design projects.
- Work with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality output for print materials.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, etc.).
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take creative direction and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

**Salary**: ₹9,277.86 - ₹31,825.08 per month
