Required excellent drawing, sketching, and painting skills, as well as strong concept design skills to succeed in this role.

As an Illustrator cum Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various mediums, including digital and print. Your role will involve combining artistic skills with technical expertise to produce high-quality illustrations, graphics, and visual materials that align with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative solutions and contribute to the overall visual communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design Creation: Develop original illustrations, graphics, and visual elements that effectively convey ideas and concepts across different platforms, such as websites, social media, marketing collaterals, and publications.
- Brand Identity: Maintain consistency in visual elements and adhere to brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand image across all materials.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to understand project requirements, brainstorm ideas, and translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
- Graphic Design: Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create layouts, typography, color schemes, and other graphic elements for both digital and print materials.
- Illustration: Create hand-drawn or digital illustrations to enhance visual storytelling, support marketing campaigns, and communicate complex ideas in a visually appealing manner.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, illustration, fine arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in illustration and graphic design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and their design requirements.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
