Key Responsibilities:
Dough Preparation: Craft puff pastry dough from scratch, ensuring proper lamination and flakiness.
Product Creation: Prepare high-quality veg and chicken puffs using fresh ingredients.
Recipe Development: Innovate and test new puff pastry recipes to expand the menu.
Inventory Management: Monitor ingredient stocks and place orders as needed.
Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all puff pastry items.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to coordinate baking schedules and maintain workflow.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: Proven experience in baking, particularly with laminated doughs.
Attention to Detail: Strong focus on precision in measurements and techniques.
Creativity: Ability to develop and present new puff pastry items.
Time Management: Efficiently handle multiple baking tasks to meet deadlines.
