Interior Designer

- **Design Planning and Conceptualization: Develop** design concepts, create floor plans, and select materials, finishes, and furniture based on client needs and design principles.
- **Space Planning and Layout**:Optimize space utilization and create functional layouts that meet the needs of the users and the specific requirements of the project.
- **Material Sourcing and Selection**:Research and select materials, finishes, and furniture that meet the design vision, budget, and quality standards.
- **Project Management**:Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- **Technical Drawing and Blueprint Interpretation**:Create and interpret technical drawings, such as floor plans, elevations, and details, to ensure accurate construction.
- **Coordination with Contractors and Other Professionals**:Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the design vision is realized and that the project is completed successfully.
- **Adherence to Building Codes and Regulations**:Ensure that all design plans and construction adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- **Budgeting and Cost Management**:Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that projects are completed within the allocated budget.
