**Key Responsibilities**:

- Consult and provide expert solution to the clients.
- Perform non-invasive procedures such as PRP, facials, skincare treatments, chemical & laser treatments.
- Maintain accurate records of clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per the policies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, techniques, and new treatments.
- Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat visits.
- Suggest and sell products and services based on customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- MBBS or BDS degree.
- Diploma or certification in Cosmetology from a recognized institute.
- Proven experience (2-4 years preferred).
- Proficiency in skincare & haircare.
- Good communication skills in English and local languages (Kannada, Hindi).
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
- Flexibility to work weekends and extended hours if needed.
- Team player - work with other team members to run the operations smoothly.
