**Job Summary**:
The production supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the manufacturing process is efficient, safe, and meets the quality standards set by the company. The position oversees the work of production operators and ensures that production schedules are met. The production supervisor is also responsible for maintaining equipment and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Supervise and coordinate the work of production operators to ensure that production schedules are met Monitor the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and qualityImplement safety protocols and ensure that safety regulations are followed Maintain production records and prepare reportsTrain and coach production operators collaborate with other departments to ensure that production targets are metIdentify and troubleshoot production issuesImplement continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costsMaintain equipment and ensure that it is operating efficientlyHe should report directly to the Production Head

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field

2 years of experience in manufacturing or production management Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of manufacturing processes and equipmentStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlinesKnowledge of safety regulations and protocols

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
