**STRUCTURE**:

**Reports to** : Senior Service Engineer

**Position Open** : 01

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Resolving technical faults of medical equipment’s, accessories etc. as applicable.
- Handling preventive maintenance of the Company Products across PAN India.
- Understanding the customers technical issue and resolving the same offline or online

as per requirement.
- Acting promptly on the requests raised by customers for spare replacement,

calibration, software upgradation etc. as per requirement.
- Producing timely and detailed service reports
- Giving demonstrations and trainings to customers as required for effective use of

the medical devices.
- Ensuring availability of the spare parts required for Service activities.
- Daily On-Field expenses and spare parts expenses as applicable to be settled.
- Daily task reporting to Senior’s.
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by Reporting Manager.

**SKIILS / COMPETENCIES NEEDED**
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
- Ability to travel as per business requirement and to adapt to changing work

schedules
- Customer Service mindset
- Effective communication skills

**QUALIFICATIONS** : I.T.I Electronics / Biomedical

**EXPERIENCE** :0 to 1 years of experience in relevant industry
- Exposure to field service preferred

**Salary** : Rs. 20,000 to Rs. 30,000

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
