**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design and modification of tools used in the manufacturing of fasteners.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and design team to create CAD models, blueprints, and prototypes for new tools and fixtures.
- Participate in the evaluation and testing of tool designs to ensure performance, durability, and efficiency.
- Help in selecting materials and finishes for tools to meet project specifications.
- Assist with creating detailed technical documentation, including assembly instructions, drawings, and schematics.
- Support the prototype testing phase, providing feedback and troubleshooting where necessary.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure designs meet operational requirements and manufacturing capabilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to fastener tooling and design.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar design tools).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
