**Responsibilities**:
**Welding Operations**:
**Perform welding tasks to join metal components according to specifications, using appropriate welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding.**
**Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to determine welding requirements.**
**Set up welding equipment and select proper welding consumables based on the materials being welded.**
**Align and fit components accurately to ensure proper weld penetration and joint strength.**
**Monitor and adjust welding parameters to maintain quality and consistency.**

**Quality Assurance**:
**Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.**
**Detect and address any defects, inconsistencies, or irregularities in the welding process.**
**Perform post-welding finishing tasks, such as grinding, smoothing, and polishing, to ensure a seamless appearance.**

**Safety and Compliance**:
**Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.**
**Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times.**
**Ensure proper ventilation and exhaust systems are in place when working with welding equipment to minimize exposure to fumes and gases.**

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
