Location - Thane

*Job Overview:*

A Used Car Sales Executive is responsible for selling pre-owned vehicles to customers. The role involves understanding the customer's needs, providing information about available used cars, conducting test drives, and closing sales. This position requires a combination of excellent customer service, negotiation skills, and a good knowledge of automotive products.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Customer Interaction:*
- Greet customers and establish a rapport to understand their requirements.
- Provide information on available used cars, specifications, features, and pricing.
- Answer customer inquiries and address concerns regarding the vehicles.

2. *Product Knowledge:*
- Stay updated on the features, specifications, and pricing of all used cars in inventory.
- Clearly communicate the benefits and advantages of each vehicle to potential buyers.

3. *Demonstrations and Test Drives:*
- Arrange and conduct test drives for interested customers.
- Explain the vehicle's features during test drives and address any questions.

4. *Sales Process:*
- Guide customers through the sales process, explaining financing options, trade-ins, and warranties.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.

5. *Relationship Building:*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

6. *Target Achievement:*
- Meet or exceed sales targets set by the dealership.
- Collaborate with the sales team to contribute to overall departmental goals.

7. *Market Research:*
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market conditions.

8. *Administrative Tasks:*
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Work with the administrative staff to ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

*Qualifications:*
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive products, features, and specifications.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

*Working Conditions:*
- Work in a showroom or dealership setting.
- May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel may be necessary for training or off-site events.
