**The Job Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced graphic designer to join our ever growing organization. In collaboration with other teammates along with Marketing & Brand Communications and Visuals Department, you would be responsible to ideate, create and design effective and evocative visual communications and graphics to support branding, marketing and social media campaigns for the brand.

As a graphic designer, we hope you can put your passion for design to translate our creative vision into compelling content.

**Responsibilities**:
Below are some of the responsibilities a graphic designer is expected to assume in their position:

- Obtains approval of concept by submitting sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and thorough data research.
- Create and design various brand collaterals for digital and print
- Advise best practices, latest trends and optimizations throughout design projects.
- Collaborate with team mates to develop new approaches for creating more-expressive graphics for the brand with excellent storytelling skills
- Managing content for Social Media platforms such as Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn etc.,
- Design and understanding developing Website Pages
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design softwares
- Establish creative direction for the organization within brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects at a time with design requirements and specifications
- Adhering to brand voice and messaging for graphics designed
- Implement feedback and changes whenever required
- Create visualizations that convey accurate messaging for the project.

**Job Qualifications and Skill Sets**:
Below are the qualifications that are expected of a graphic designer:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a creative field, product design or graphic design specifically
- Proficiency in softwares and programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw, Illustrator, Canva, Figma etc.,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with storytelling skills
- Ability to write content is a plus
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in graphic design
- Attention to detail
- Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects with brands from luxury industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web
- Experience with both print and digital media
