**Job Description**:

- Key Responsibilities:
1. Assessment and Evaluation:a. Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with neurological conditions.b. Develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations, patientgoals, and evidence-based practices.

2. Therapeutic Interventions:a. Implement and oversee therapeutic exercises and activities in an aquaticenvironment.b. Utilize different therapy techniques to enhance mobility, strength, balance,and functional independence.c. Integrate land-based physiotherapy interventions as needed to complementaquatic therapy.

3. Patient Education and Support:a. Educate patients and their families about the benefits and goals of aquatictherapyb. Provide guidance on home exercise programs and ongoing self-managementstrategies.

4. Collaboration and Communication:a. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Senior Doctors,occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.b. Participate in inter-departmental meetings and contribute to the developmentof integrated care plans for the patients

5. Documentation and Reporting:a. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessments,treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.b. Prepare reports and communicate patient progress to the Senior Doctors andthe Research team where applicable.

6. Professional Development:a. Stay current with advancements in physiotherapy and aquatic therapythrough continuing education and professional development.b. Participate in research and quality improvement initiatives related toneurorehabilitation and aquatic therapy.

Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accreditedinstitution.

2. Licensure: Current licensure as a Physiotherapist in India

3. Certification: Specialized training or certification in aquatic therapy is highlydesirable.

4. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with patients withneurological conditions.

Experience in aquatic therapy is required.Skills:
1. Strong clinical skills in neurorehabilitation and aquatic therapy.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Working Conditions:
1. Regular interaction with patients who have varying levels of physical and cognitiveimpairments.

2. Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting, transferring, and assistingpatients

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Physiotherapy: 2 years (preferred)
