**Job Title**: Physics Faculty - IIT-JEE / NEET Coaching**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptual Teaching**:

- Deliver engaging and in-depth lectures in Physics for IIT-JEE and NEET aspirants, covering Class 11 & 12 syllabi.
- Simplify complex topics using real-life examples and problem-solving techniques.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design, develop, and continuously update teaching plans, course materials, and test papers aligned with current JEE/NEET patterns.
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance content quality and learning outcomes.
- **Doubt Solving & Mentorship**:

- Provide timely resolution of student doubts in classes, doubt sessions, and online platforms.
- Act as a mentor to students by motivating and guiding them throughout their preparation journey.
- **Test & Performance Analysis**:

- Conduct regular quizzes, tests, and mock exams.
- Analyze test performance and provide feedback and strategies for improvement.
- **Academic Planning & Execution**:

- Plan and complete the syllabus well ahead of exams.
- Coordinate with the academic head to ensure smooth delivery and progress tracking.
- **Use of Technology**:

- Utilize digital tools, smart boards, and online platforms for delivering hybrid (offline/online) classes.
- Maintain records of classes, student attendance, and progress reports.
- **Parent Interaction**:

- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) to discuss student progress and suggest corrective measures when needed.
- **Training & Development**:

- Attend internal training sessions and workshops to stay updated with examination trends and teaching methodologies.
- **Discipline & Conduct**:

- Maintain classroom discipline and uphold the academic integrity and values of the institution.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with fellow faculty, coordinators, and admin teams to ensure seamless academic delivery and student satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
