**The team you’ll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

The Position owns the complete customer purchase order execution, including the collection and preparation of relevant information needed for customer purchase order execution for all business groups from order entry till invoicing. Coordinates and monitors the end-to-end order execution, constraints solving and escalations & is expected to:

- Coordinates and validates the customer order intake.
- Coordinates export, import and customs processes till goods receipt in drop of point.
- Coordinates the procurement execution: Captures the demand, purchase, goods receipt and verifies invoice. Coordinates and validates the customer invoice.
- Contributes and supports the collect cash process, including documentary remittances (EG letter of credit) and dispute solving with customer.
- The coordination steps include the monitoring and control procedures.

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for Logistics & Warehousing Activity for the circle i.e. Inventory Management & Control.
- Responsible for Materials and Logistics planning i.e. Maintaining warehouse and site stock report, GRN, STN, Monthly report.
- Coordinate with Central SCM for Material delivery and order status.
- MIS Preparation & circulating to all stakeholders.
- Warehouse Audits, Stock Mapping etc.
- Coordination with Vendors, Contractors, Internal & External Depts for WH activity
- Responsible for Material Reconciliation across the Circle.
- Checking documents received from vendors with shipment.
- Should have knowledge of local taxes ,Octroi etc.
- Preparation of WCC of Transportation as per PO.
- Preparation of MRF as per Project requirement and plan to dispatch for the same
- Preparation of SRN as per customer approval and plan to reversal logistics for the same.
- Knowledge of telecom products will an added advantage
