We are currently looking for a talented Telecaller (Education Counsellor) to join our team.

- Calling and counselling students on their education queries.
- Making follow-up calls and ensuring regular engagement with leads.
- Maintaining accurate records in the CRM.
- Understanding student interests and recommending suitable courses or colleges.
- Meeting daily and monthly call and conversion targets.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

- Good communication skills in Hindi, English and Konkani.
- Confidence, conviction, and motivation to meet targets.
- Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.

Prior experience in sales/telecalling/education counselling is preferred. Basic knowledge of CRM tools is also a plus.
- A working phone and laptop.
- The ability to make 150+ calls daily.

This position offers:

- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
