**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
- **Content Creation**:

- Oversee the creation of engaging content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand voice and enhances brand positioning.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- **Market Research**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Use insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- **Event Planning and Coordination**:

- Plan and execute marketing events, including trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- **Budget Management**:

- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenditures and report on budget performance.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- **Experience**: 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite).

**Personal Attributes**:

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
