Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
2. Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive experience for prospective students.

3. Meet enrollment goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.

4. Stay up-to-date on program information: Maintain knowledge of academic programs, admission requirements, and institutional policies.

5. Document interactions: Accurately record interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.

6. Collaborate with admissions team: Work closely with admissions staff to ensure a seamless and efficient admissions process.

7. Participate in training and development: Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree required.

2. Admissions experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field.

3. Excellent communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.


Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
