4. **Assessment and Evaluation**: Evaluate student progress through assignments, quizzes, exams, and other assessment methods. Provide constructive feedback and grades to students and parents/guardians.

5. **Individualized Instruction**: Recognize and address the diverse learning needs of students, including those with special needs or learning disabilities. Provide additional support and resources when necessary.

7. **Parent-Teacher Communication**: Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians, including conferences and progress reports, to keep them informed about their child's academic performance and behaviour.

8. Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in education and continue professional development through workshops, courses, and conferences.

9. **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information. Complete required administrative tasks, such as attendance reporting.

10. **Safety and security**: In some cases, teachers may be responsible for supervising students during non-instructional times, such as lunch, recess, or field trips.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
