**Profile Introduction**:
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, guiding potential buyers through the sales process, and achieving sales targets for four-wheel vehicles. This role requires a deep understanding of automotive products, strong sales skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the showroom or over the phone, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase.
- Prepare and present vehicle quotes, financing options, and trade-in evaluations.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales effectively and meet targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends.
- Stay informed about competitor offerings and market conditions.
- Provide expert advice on vehicle selection based on customer needs and preferences.

**Profile Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of four-wheel vehicle models, features, and specifications.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
